The CALLVISION Asset Tracking System is an active-passive inventory management solution designed to monitor mobile biomedical devices, fixed assets and textile items on the same platform. The active RFID layer delivers real-time location visibility for moving equipment, while the passive RFID layer enables room verification, fast counting and gate-based control.

The central AYANET software provides operational visibility with live maps, historical movement data, group-based analytics, rule-driven alerts, dashboards and Excel exports. Unauthorized tag removal can be managed as Brown Code, while protected gate and area rules help report unauthorized transport scenarios instantly.

System Architecture

Based on the provided PDF, the solution is built on two complementary layers. Active RFID handles real-time visibility for moving assets, while passive RFID enables fast verification for fixed assets, textiles and periodic counts.
