CALLVISION processes personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 and related secondary legislation.

In line with the information obligation under KVKK Art. 10; information is provided on the identity of the data controller, processing purposes, recipient groups, collection method/legal basis and data subject rights.

Collected data (identity and contact data, form contents, transaction security data) are processed only for the purposes of conducting quotation, sales, support and communication processes and fulfilling legal obligations.

Personal data are not transferred to third parties except where required by law, authorized institution requests or contractual obligations. Sharing with processors may take place under appropriate technical and administrative security measures when necessary.

Data subjects have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, objection to processing and compensation for damage under KVKK Art. 11. Requests may be sent to info@callvision.com.tr.
